October 21st/2006 Red Wings Rally in Third For Win Over Vipers South Shore- Chad MacGuigan made his second straight start against the South Shore Red Wings, only this time he was a member of the Kensington Vipers. MacGuigan, acquired earlier in the day, couldn't hold off a South Shore third period onslaught, as the Wings rallied from a 6-3 deficit to knock of the Vipers 7-6. Marc Halbot had a big game for Kensington, scoring the hat trick, while teammate Brett Vessey added a pair of goals. For the Wings, Jason Ellis (pictured at left) scored twice, with Matt Carroll adding a pair of helpers. Alex Roberston recorded the win, coming in to relieve starter Jordan Duffy at the start of the third period. |
