SHERWOOD, PE-- The Sherwood A & S Scrap Metal Falcons defeated the Charlottetown Metro Builders in Wednesday action of the Marks Work Wearhouse Island Junior Hockey League. The high scoring affair featured 15 goals in a 10-5 victory for the Falcons. Scoring for Sherwood were Brent Coade (3-2), Brodie MacDonald (2-2), Tyler Simpson (2), Johnny Vloet (1-3), Kyle Dougan (1-2), and Kyle Reardon (1-2). Earning assists were Brett MacDonald, Alex Smith, Grant MacAulay, and Chris Boswall. Tyler MacDonald earned the goaltending win stopping 22 of 27 shots. Former Falcon Denton Gorrill (1-3), lead the Builders effort. Also scoring were Stephen Cassidy (1-2), Tyler Moore, Jeff Hillier, and Carson Butler. Chris Chalder faced 46 shots in the goaltending loss.
