Junior Falcons get help on blueline

The Sherwood A&S Scrap Metal Falcons have boosted their blue line in time for tonight’s home game against the first-place Kensington Moase Plumbing and Heating Vipers.
The Mark’s Work Island Junior Hockey League game at Cody Banks Arena will begin at 8 p.m.
It will be mark the season debut of Chris Boswall and Brent Coade, who are expected to help the Falcons’ depleted defence.
The third-place Falcons (8-3-2-1) blew a three-goal lead in a 7-4 loss to the Vipers (11-2-0-0) on Saturday. The Vipers have won all three games between the teams so far this season.
Tonight’s game will feature the league’s three top point-getters — the Vipers’ Cameron Webster (21 goals, nine assists) and the Falcons’ Brodie MacDonald (13-13) and Alex Smith (9-10).
Thursday’s Sherwood-Charlottetown game has been canceled.
