Tyne Valley, PE - The Western Red Wings defeated the Sherwood A&S Scrap Metal Falcons 4-3 in Mark's Work Wearhouse in Island Junior Hockey league action played in Tyne Valley on Sunday night. Scoring for the Red Wings were Alex Noonan, Alex McInnis, Pat Gallant, and Johnny Doull. Other assists were credited to Kris MacEwen (2), Kris Read, and Matt Richard. Scorers for the Falcons were Craig Cameron, Brodie MacDonald, and Brett MacDonald. Other assists were credited to Mark Walker, Gavin Duffy, Brent Coade, and Kyle Reardon. Alex Robertson made 32 saves to record the victory. Tyler MacDonald made 27 saves in a losing cause.
